City Slide - Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Welcome to City Slide! These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the City Slide mobile application (the “App”), owned and operated by CitySlide. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using or accessing the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

2. Subscription & Payments

City Slide offers free and premium subscription plans.

• Free Users have access to limited features, including a set number of swipes per day.
  
  

• Premium Users get unlimited swipes, no ads, and additional features.
  
  

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis.
  
  

• Payments are processed via Apple’s App Store (In-App Purchases).
  
  

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
  
  

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by law.
